Refund policy

BAC Milano srl branded products are tested to ensure compliance with the highest standards.

In the event that an issue arises and BAC Milano srl verifies that such issue is caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, we will promptly repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions set out herein.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product, or to anyone who received it as a gift. The warranty does not apply to second-hand products.

If you intend to submit a warranty claim, please note that it covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, such as transporting inappropriate items, negligence, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, zipper wear, transport damage, or any other misuse of the bag.

Another point to remember is that the warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the product. Incidental and consequential damages are excluded.

The warranty is valid worldwide, and we allow you to have your product repaired by sending it directly to our headquarters in Italy.

You must retain the original purchase receipt to request warranty coverage. Please also be aware of unreliable, unofficial repair practices, as improper maintenance or repairs, or repairs not carried out correctly, will void this warranty.

BAC Milano srl will cover any such repair or replacement, as well as the costs required to return the product to you. In the event of product replacement, if the product is no longer available, we will find a suitable and equivalent BAC Milano srl product for you.

Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. Please inspect the product immediately upon delivery.

If the product is damaged during transport, file a claim with the shipping company (which is insured against damage to your product) at the place of arrival and, if possible, before customs clearance procedures are carried out.

This warranty is intended to grant you specific legal rights.

Returns cost €3.90 within Italy, while for all other countries the cost is borne by the sender. You may return all or part of an order if multiple items were purchased. All returned products must be intact, unused, and complete with packaging, labels, manuals, and any other items included in the original package. If any of these conditions are not met, we may decide to refuse the return.

We can only accept purchases made directly through the website www.bacmilano.com .

If you purchased a BAC Milano srl product through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly to arrange the return.

If you wish to make an exchange, we will in any case issue a refund and you will be able to purchase the product you want at a later time.
You will receive an email with the return label to attach to the package
