THE KIT PROVIDES:

Quick release brackets:Two brackets with a 6mm hole to fit into the quick-release pin. (Includes: screws, self-locking nuts, and washers, necessary for mounting the brackets to the rack.)
Quick release: the specific quick release, to mount the luggage rack to the wheel axle, is supplied in the kit.
Grover serrated anti-slip:As you pedal, the chain exerts a significant amount of force on the sprocket, potentially causing the wheel and rack to move from their correct position. Placing a serrated surface between the rack's lower brackets and the surface of the frame's dropouts can prevent this.
